You can follow the shipment through www.tracktrace.nl. The articles are delivered to the door and you sign for receipt, 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible you can pick up the shipment whithin 3 weeks at post office. The items are insured against loss or theft during shipment.

You can pick up your order and pay in our shop Koh-I-Noor Diamond Factory in Amsterdam on the Muntplein 1.Opening hours 7 days a weekg. Monday to Sunday: 10.00h - 17.00h (Friday and Saturday until 18.00h)
