Unless otherwise indicated, you have the right after receiving your order, without giving reasons, to return the articles within a period of 7 days.
It is however strongly advised that the articles be delivered at Koh-I-Noor in perfect conditions.
If this aspect is not respected, we can unfortunately not take back the items and refund your paymant.This according to the Distance Selling Act.
Would you return the entire order? Already taken receipt of items please return to the return address below.
Diamond-winkel.nl will refund the entire purchased price, including shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning the item will be to your account.
Even for the return of a portion of your order, the shipping cots will be for your account. The purchase price of your returned part of the order will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are not refundable in that case.
All cancellations, returns and exchanges have to be made by writing to Diamond-winkel.nl. This can be via e-mail, fax or mail. You must include at least your full name and order number.
For the repayment of money paid, we also need your bank account. Customers from Belgium and the EU should also have the IBAN and BIC / Swift number to indicate their own bank.
Note: the account you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account which you paid to Diamond-winkel.nl. This because of possible fraud in connection with repayments. Any already paid amount will be paid back within 14 days.
There is no entitlement to reimbursement if the product:
- not being notified in writing
- is used and worn
- damaged
- product composition has changed from
- not in the original packaging is returned
- not properly packed and sent back, and / or the original purchase receipt is missing.
When a returned shipment have one or more of the above mentioned conditions, or otherwise in determining the law here, then costs will be charged for the return / cancel your order. The amount of these costs will be assessed and determined by Koh-I-Noor.
